I have planned out my itinery for my Hong Kong trip!
Boy am I excited.
What a waste we have to exclude Shenzhen from our plans as we don't have much time.
But I'm glad I can go visit the grave of Ka kui.
I've decided against bringing the winter jacket to HK as I've been observing the weather conditions of late.
19-21deg sounds like Genting Highlands to me and winter jacket would be an overkill if you were to ask me.
I guess I'll just layer myself up nice and fat before heading for the infamous Temple street and Ladie's street to see what I can get in the form of a sweater.
CAN'T WAIT! CAN'T WAIT! CAN'T WAIT!
But, being poor, I have only so much to spend.
Damn my money spending habits.

Life's a bitch.
Only when you're poor.
Only when you're poor.

My hair is the colour of birdshit now.
It feels great!
I feel like a woman who just went for a bust enlargement.
Confident, motivated, proud, ah beng/ah lian.
Few things eating into me right now.
Poverty.
Bumming.
Education.
Future.
I figured that one small step might make a big change to my future.
And if that small step is a wrong step, it means a big change for the worse.
Now I'm at the point of no return.
I have to make a decision.
I've got age chasing after me, and I've got my youth to chase after.
I got to choose the right course to go into.
If only I won toto that day.
Tamade.

Sigh.
Poverty leads to dishonesty.
Dishonesty leads to stress.
Stress leads to conscience.
Conscience leads back to honesty.
But honesty doesn't help poverty much.

To anyone who is reading this right now, please go and watch "The Sea Inside".
It's one of the greatest shows ever. To me, that is.
FANTASTIC.
10 stars out of 5.

The Stone Roses - I am the Resurrection
Down down, you bring me down
I hear you knocking at my door and I can't sleep at night
Your face, it has no place
No room for you inside my house I need to be alone
Don't waste your words I don't need anything from you
I don't care where you've been or what you plan to do
Turn turn, I wish you'd learn
There's a time and place for everything I've got to get it through
Cut loose, you're no use
I couldn't stand another second in your company
Don't waste your words I don't need anything from you
I don't care where you've been or what you plan to do
Stone me, why can't you see
You're a no-one nowhere washed up baby who'd look better dead
Your tongue is far too long
I don't like the way it sucks and slurps upon my every word
Don't waste your words I don't need anything from you
I don't care where you've been or what you plan to do
I am the resurrection and I am the light
I couldn't ever bring myself to hate you as I'd like
I am the resurrection and I am the light
I couldn't ever bring myself to hate you as I'd like
Down down, you bring me down

Just woke up to loud music thanks to my brother.
And to my mum for the loud chatter.
Everyday I wake up in the morning, I try to figure what I've got for the day.
I realise each day that there's NOTHING.
Help, this 'lying in wait' thing isn't really working very well.
But I can't give up now.
I've been waiting too long, given up too many things up till now.
As Force Vomit would sing, 'Don't give up!'
Was at Hideout last night for a short Tiramisu gig.
Fantastic, even without Ridzwan's multiple costume changes or prancing around.
Friday is Astreal's turn to take the stage.
Can't wait already.
January seem to be the month for music.
I can't imagine how many gigs I'll be going for just this month alone.
What I need now is just the money to finance my meals out and my alcohol out. Not forgetting fags.
Sunday, Serenaide at P.O.W.
Must go.
Ok!
Time to give the world my birthday wishlist.
(note: wishlist doesn't go in any order of priority or cost. Please donate generously.)
1) Ipod (20gig will do fine)
2) Digital cam (SLR?)
3) Laptop (Anything will do, but powerbook sounds good)
4) Organizer (cheapest? hmm..)
5) CDs, probably Nirvana's boxset? ($145 isn't enough)
6) PS2
7) Anything I can wear
8) My bike fixed
9) My driving license with car attached
10) New handphone
11) a woman who understands
All donors are welcomed to donate cash as well as the proceeds will be used in purchasing the above items. Your donations are very well appreciated.

Life is good.
I think.
HMV had an ultimate sale.
It was the first time I felt so good buying loads of CDs.
Well.. 8 CDs actually.
Although they're really cheap and good, I still do not understand why I'm so willing to spend money on stuff which I shouldn't be spending on right now because of how poor I am.
But, I always believe in one thing.
I'd better do it now before the chance slips by.
That explains why I watch tons of movies, being afraid to miss them and never watch them again. Especially the indie ones, which you will never find on dvds, vcds, or mpeg.
Now I've got a good lobang for all you movie lovers or whatevers.
GO WATCH 'HEAD ON'. (I guess weekdays cineleisure coz they don't have it on weekends)
It's the best show I've catched in 2005. (Well, we're only like 8 days into it..)
Jokes aside, this is a really fantastic show.
Good story, bloody good delivery, ok filming.
Please go watch this show.
Oh yes.
I got my other ear pierced as well.
So now I've got a balanced head.
2 on 2.
Funny, I'm listening to radiohead's 2+2=5.
Yes. I am corny. Kill me.

I'm excited.
Partly because a new year is here.
Time still goes on, so it actually doesn't make a difference even if it's a new year or not.
But I'm still excited.
Let me try and use the standard primary school question and answer to tell you why I'm excited.
Q: Why are you excited?
I am excited because
1) I can register for school soon (Coming Febuary)
2) My driving test is coming soon (Coming Febuary)
3) Beyond is waiting for me in Hong Kong (End January)
4) New production coming up and hopefully I can join in (Maybe March?)
5) School starting and hopefully I get a place (July?)
6) Some world music festival in Kuching which friends have been rambling about (July?)
7) Chinese new year is coming, which means my birthday too (Febuary)
8) Christmas is coming soon (Dec 2005), which means a new year too! (Jan 2006)
Well, it seems my activities are all lined up for half the year.
I hardly ever get stuff happening in my boring life.
But I've got a problem.
Where on earth am I going to get the funds for all that's happening!?
God help me.
