Today's an off day from shoot! But we need it as the day before was an overnight shoot.. We have to re-adjust our bio clocks again.

Had the girl over for a cook in lunch. Invited Tim over to enjoy the power curry, and my bro popped back home just in time. So the 4 of us had Nippon curry, honey glazed chicken wings, and Nippon ice cream for lunch! Yum yum. It all felt so surreal. The whole thing felt so homely, even the PS2 gaming after that felt homely.
My mom came home later in the afternoon to find us all lazing and smiled. It felt great. I loved the way the whole day went. My friend, the girl, my brother, on one dining table enjoying self cooked food, and sprouting loads of nonsense. Loads of fun. I enjoy the shopping process, but didn't really like the cooking process that much. I think I hate cooking. I am only good at eating.

I think I'm really forgetting about my blog. I hardly even blog now, and if I do, all I do are just one liners or a paragraph. And the reason I'm blogging now is because I've got an overnight shoot later from 6pm till 6am, so I'm trying to make my sleeping cycle change. In order to do that, I've to find ways to entertain myself till my batteries run dry.

So what've I been up to? Just completed my thesis film, 'Violin and Tea'. Saw the rushes. Thank God the footages are usable. But I'm only 60% pleased with what I shot.. Hopefully editing will save the day again. Now, I'm helping the other group on their thesis film, 'The Flyer', a horror short film. It really is a horror. Overruns everyday isn't making me very happy. I'm sure it isn't making the missus very happy either. Bite the bullet and take the shit. Sigh.
Been to church the other day after a long hiatus. Though it's for the wrong reasons, I was sort of glad cos I'm sure someone else was too. It always pleases me to see that big grin on her face.

I'm completing my studies (if you can call it that) soon and I'll have to face the industry head on soon. Not that I've not worked outside before, but soon, it'll be for bread and butter. As in survival. I hope I'll be able to meet up to that challange and not falter like others I know. I must endure. Like what I told Willie and the rest, being pissed off with the MDA for not giving me the grant won't help. I'm going to work hard and try to earn my place in this industry. Once I make it, I will tell people about it and that I did it without their help, and make them regret not giving it to me.
