I'm exhausted.
But it's so much fun in production.
Though I'm paid peanuts, there's so much to see, so much to learn, so many people to meet.
I don't mind the pay, as long as I have enough for meals, transport, fags, and occasional beer.
I'm really grateful for this oppurtunity (maybe only for this moment), and I hope more will come my way.

Film fests galore.
French Film Fest this whole week till next week I think.
I read the sypnosis of every show and I think they're all fantastic.
Go watch it if you're free.
German Film Fest should be coming December if I'm not wrong.
I got a bad first impression with german shows.
Hope the GFF would prove me wrong.

Lastly, everybody, please go watch 'The Maid' once it's out in the cinemas (or TV, not sure).
Hurray to Singapore for it's neverending "support" to both local indie music and films!
Cheers X 3!

Now to feed the world with some information.
It's up to you to find them useful or useless.

Lunarin and Morphy are two (new?) fantastic bands in the local scene.
Watch out for them.

Continue looking out for veteran bands, The Observatory, The Stoned Revivals, Electrico, Astreal, and Force Vomit.
Always exciting each time I watch them play.

Damn. No time to finish this blog. Next time.
Off to watch man u and arse anal.
GO MAN U!!!!!!!!!!!
Beat them 4-3!!!!!!!!!!!
Man U (V. Nistelroy 10, 20, 60 Ronaldo, 79) Arsenal (Henry 30, 42, 56)
This would be the best result.

The Electrico album launch on Friday was EXCELLENT.
Totally enjoyed every moment while they were playing.
Desmond is such a crowd thriller, so much so that everybody got ecstatic when he body surfed across the dance floor, jumped down to play at the noses of the audience, and attempted to "strip". Total crowd pleaser.
The cover of "Everybody wants to rule the world" was awesome.
Everybody just sang along and you could see that every face had a smile planted on them.
They did two encores, which was rather tiring, but the crowd were persistent to have more Electrico.
One thing that really stuck in my head was something David said after playing the first song.
The media has a lot of power and that they should use it wisely for local music.
Something like that.
I do not understand how people could actually afford to miss this gig for any reason at all.
What a pity. Sigh...

I'm going broke.
I need a job just for money. Aspirations aside for a while.
I'm spending too much on film festivals and CDs.
God help me, please make them fall from the sky? The tickets and the CDs? Please?
Not forgetting the cigarettes and drinks, thought they are secondary.
I want to watch those shows.

If anybody has any job offers for this poor boy who just wants to watch his films, do give him a ring or an email.
He will love you for life.

Lastly, I would like to say it again.
Kudos to Electrico.
Kudos to local music.
I'm proud to be Singaporean.
At least a bit. (JOKE)
