George Harrison - While My Guitar Gently Weeps

I look at you all see the love there thats sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
I look at the floor and I see it needs sweeping
Still my guitar gently weeps
I dont know why nobody told you how to unfold your love
I dont know how someone controlled you
They bought and sold you.

I look at the world and I notice its turning
While my guitar gently weeps
With every mistake we must surely be learning
Still my guitar gently weeps
I dont know how you were diverted
You were perverted too
I dont know how you were inverted
No one alerted you.

I look at you all see the love there thats sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
Look at you all . . .
Still my guitar gently weeps.

It's been a great few months. Thanks to great amounts of good luck, I've been able to travel to different countries for work. I went to Chengdu, Hyderabad, Budapest, and Shanghai. All of them being memorable, but Hungary and Shanghai hold closest to my heart.
I feel I can't write. I want to but then they come out in short sentences, and feels like I'm back in secondary school writing a composition, and getting only 13/20 for marks.
I suck. Maybe that's why I don't write as often...

I just realised that I've not written anything on this blog for a long time.
Have I grown complacent with life? Have I changed as a person? What has happened over the pass few years that makes me different? Have I changed for the better or worse?
Reading back into your past entries really do bring you back to the past. Things I have forgotten come back to my head. It's like a refresher course. I do wonder when I'll ever blog here again. Maybe next year?
Well, to answer some of the questions I've asked myself, I do feel I have changed. The past 2 or 3 years have changed me as a person. I do think differently as compared to before. And I feel lot older. Mentally, not physically. Working has a huge part to play in my change. Going out into the world, and knowing new people has a part to play as well.

I hope I don't change for the worse. I want to stay the same. The Edwin that my friends love. The Edwin that Jayne loves.

I got my driving license at long last! Have been driving a bit for work, which I really appreciate because it's not my own vehicle, and I get to clock milage for experiance. Got myself some new toys (old actually). Got myself a D70 from clubsnap, which I haven't got time to use yet, and, my uncle gave me his old school Yashica, which really needs some cleaning.

The past 2 months have been great, work wise. I hope this carries on, because if it does, I might just get my first 4 wheel vehicle! Nope, not a car, but a van! Why a van? Mainly for practical reasons, a van can actually help generate income, is fuel efficient, costs cheaper, as compared to a car. If any of you out there have any great deals for a 2nd hand van (preferably a toyota hiace), do give me a call. Now.

This song is sooooooooo sweeeeet! It's been ages since i heard it.

Annie's Song - John Denver
You fill up my senses like a night in the forest,
like the mountains in springtime, like a walk in the rain,
like a storm in the desert, like a sleepy blue ocean.
You fill up my senses, come fill me again.

Come let me love you, let me give my life to you,
let me drown in your laughter, let me die in your arms,
let me lay down beside you, let me always be with you.
Come let me love you, come love me again.

You fill up my senses like a night in the forest,
like the mountains in springtime, like a walk in the rain,
like a storm in the desert, like a sleepy blue ocean.
You fill up my senses, come fill me again.

Just got back from my trip to Vietnam. Went to Ho Chi Minh city for 4d3n with Jayne and my bud Ming. The experiance was delightful. The lodging was perfect as it was free, and it had FULL facilities like a resort. We had a perfect view of the river from our room, and the pool also had a jacuzzi. We had a driver to drive us around, as well as a wonderful host. To add to that, I went with my favourite girl, and its our first trip! What more can I expect from a holiday?
Vietnam is a nice peaceful place to visit if you're sick of the hurried life here. It's so laid back, I can just spend hours in a coffee place anywhere there. I'll definately want to go back again soon. This time maybe Hanoi.
I'd love to visit all of South East Asia. I think we have lots of culture around us (maybe not Singapore, but we're "working" on it) to explore and there are tons of beautiful places to see and to soak in.

Oh! I bought a 1978 made Nikon FE! I LOVE IT TO BITS! My first vintage camera. I know I sound like a kid with a brand "new" toy, but ya, that's the case. Not only the camera, I got 2 lenses with it too! WOOO! Another reason to go back to Vietnam soon. It's full of vintage stuff! Pictures hopefully soon. Stay tuned!

(Not that soon actually)
